Pain is a part of the birthing process, right?
Honestly, it is. But it can be managed.
Whether you intend to use medical pain coping options once you arrive at the hospital or you plan to have an unmedicated birth, you will almost definitely experience some pain, for at least a little while. You will likely labor at home, labor in the car, labor while checking in to the hospital, and labor while settling into your space and waiting for labor to progress. But pain is relative, pain has purpose, pain can be managed, and pain is temporary.
Come explore some non-medical methods for helping you understand and cope with the discomforts of labor and birth so that you can more fully participate in this big event. Learn to be present and powerful while working toward the moment you meet your baby.
You will learn to use techniques such as:
NOTE: If you are taking the Belly to Birth 4 WEEK birth preparation course, you DO NOT also need this class.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 3 business days prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
Our in-person classes are limited in size and might fill up quickly. There will be a $25 cancellation charge for no-shows unless the cancellation is made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or if the site cancels the class.
If an in-person class does not fill to the minimum size, it may be offered as a live virtual class instead of canceling.
