Breastfeeding Success (BFS) is offering Baby Formula 101: What You Need to Know as a LIVE taught virtual class.
PLEASE NOTE: While BFS can not guarantee that class costs will be covered by your particular insurance plan, your insurance might cover the cost of this service.
Use Registration Code VERIFYINSURANCE if you have Aetna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthSmart or HEB Blue Cross Blue Shield, or ARC Employee Health Plan.
Using this code means we will submit the claim to your insurance company. If the claim is rejected, you will be billed after the class and are responsible ONLY for costs not covered which will not exceed the $40 self-pay class fee.
