Cardiac EKG and interpretation with a Cardiologist
Urinary Incontinence screening and consultation with a Urologist
Skin screening with a Dermatologist
A1C lab test
Gift bag provided for participants

COVID-19 regulations and guidelines must be followed by all attendees.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
