4 Week Night Class

Breastfeeding Success is pleased to announce that "Prepared Childbirth-From Belly to Birth" will be held online on the same time and date listed below. This is a 4 weekday class that meets the first 4 Mondays of the month from 7-9:30pm. Your instructor, Ali Weatherford is a local birth teacher with a vocation in walking with new parents through the many different experiences that take place as their sweet baby makes its way into the world. We believe that during this time of social distancing it is imperative that parents are able to establish and maintain community support. This live virtual class will facilitate you and your birth partner to meet other families and to get your questions addressed in real time. Participants will be emailed a Google Meet Invite prior to their scheduled class. Course materials will be available digitally. The fee to attend "From Belly to Birth" is $150 per family. From Belly to Birth is a 10 hour course that prepares couples for the childbirth
Virtual class with live instructor. In this class you will learn about physiology, anatomy, and the stages of birth. We will explore coping strategies, complications, options, and decision making. You will find out how to prepare your physical and emotional bodies for your birth. You may also uncover some unknown questions and some inner wisdom. Childbirth is is a rite of passage, a time of discovery.
The outline includes: Anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, labor terms, stages and phases of labor, when to go and and what to bring to the hospital, breathing, relaxation, comfort measures, pain relief options, interventions, procedures, medical support, what to expect in the hospital and options in childbirth, including information on inductions, cesarean birth, and postpartum.

You will receive an email confirmation upon your online enrollment. If you need to cancel your class, we request that you notify us as soon as possible so that others who are on the waiting list might have an opportunity to attend the class. We cannot refund unless the cancellation is made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class. The classes rarely cancel but we reserve the right to cancel if there is not adequate enrollment. In this event, an attempt will be made to place you in another class, or you will receive a refund.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
