Energize, Enlighten, Enjoy offers a day of renewal for women featuring healthy cooking and fitness demonstrations, health screenings, tips from companies focused on health and wellness, more than 50 health, home and beauty exhibitors, product samples, guided meditation and much more! The event will include an expo of community partners and businesses focused on balanced living and wellness.  Join us for physician discussions, a vendor fair, healthy cooking and fitness demos.

Be sure to dress for active participation - yoga pants, comfortable clothes and shoes are a great start.
